As of September 9th, 2002 our Mini Accessory prices will slightly increase. As previosly posted, our 10% over dealer cost would be good until our stock ran out. We have begun to run out of many items. Many owners have taken advantage of the low pricing! We thank everyone who purchased the Mini accessories from us. We will be increasing the prices just a bit, because we won't be placing such a large order for accessories any more. Our prices will increase to 20% over dealer cost. This is still way below retail (MSRP). We will also still be honoring our 20% off retail for special order items. a FEW EXAMPLES OF OUR NEW PRICING: we will stock a few Cd changers. They list for $595(not including the install kit), but our new price is $428.40(not including the install kit). The install kit lists for $24.50 and our new price is $21.00. The rally light set lists for $400 and our new price is $288.00. An example of a special order item would be the boot box that lists for $80.00, our price is $64.00.

Just because I'm lazy, how much will the rubber boot liner cost? Also, do you have the cooper works valve stem covers at the discounted price also, or just the MINI ones?

Uh.... this is the 'marketplace' forum, isn't it?

The dealer is providing you with a steep discount vs. MSRP on MINI related items, aren't they?

I'm all for shameless advertising in the appropriate forum that provides me with services/goods cheaper than I could get them before reading the post. Bring it on I say - let dealers/retailers war until they are paying me to take their stuff.

HighAnxiety,

As we state in the site guidelines some advertising is approved here on MCO. We do prefer that if a commercial venture does visit and finds our site useful in promoting their products and services that they become one of our advertisers. We offer programs that will, over the long term, be more effective than posting to a forum. In this case, I'm already speaking to Classic Auto Campus about coming on board with us. Hopefully, we'll have them launched soon. As a consumer I'm happy that they we have another source of high quality OEM parts at a much more reasonable price.

Thanks!

Mark

Classic Auto Campus can be found in our Sponsor Directory (found under Main Menu). When viewing the directory click on their ad and you will find all their contact information. Hope this helps!
