Is the ECU for our cars made by bosch or seimens?

IIRC 02-04 were Bosch and 05-06 were siemens

The Bentley manual says 2002-2006 models have Siemens EMS-2000.

2002 - 06 Siemens is the correct. I have a 2002 and it has a siemens.

Sweet! lol Better late than never! I was trying to see whether or not it was worth re-flashing my ECU but for now, I have decided to save some money.
