Winter wheels/tires

Hello

My MCCs is on order, I got my production number today....BRG/B/B 16" bridgespokes... now for the quesiton..

I live in Rhode Island and would like to get winter tires and wheels...I am looking for steel wheels with half moon hubcaps (I love the classic look)... Are they available to fit this car, and if so where? The tires are to be determined.

TIA stevendo

try www.tirerack.com. I'm not sure about the hubcaps. I got my winter wheels from the dealer . . . a discount on Cooper holies that someone had rejected in favor or custom wheels upon delivery. These tend to pile up with the dealers. Mine unloaded them to Club members at less than the cost of the tires alone.

I'm really pleased using performance winter tires in winter and performance summer tires in summer. Just today I drove my son's car with all season tires and noticed just how crappy all season tires are when you take a curve with any speed at all.

Try contacting Alex@tirerack.com

15" or 16" wheels with winter tires should be fine.
Steel wheels are less costly but there are also affordable alloy wheels possible.

More narrow tires will cut through the snow if it gets deeper.
