p0030 and p0130 codes

Ok, So I have been throwing an 0130 code so I just got a new o2 sensor, and while I try to figure out a good way to replace it, I noticed that I am now throwing an 0030 code....

Looking in the bible (Bentley Manual) the 0130 code is the o2 sensor, and the 0030 code is a h02s Heater Control Circuit (bank 1 sensor 1)

1. So my questions are Whats the easiest way to replace the pre-cat o2 sensor (any tricks cause I am dying here),

2. and What causes the 0030 code,

3. and how do I fix it?

Help would be lovely.. Thanks in advance

From: Washington. No, the other one.
The heater is in the O2 sensor. A failure of one (heating element or sensor) could cause both codes to pop. Change the sensor, clear both up. Maybe.
