As I get ready to place my order for my clubman I was curious how many Mini owners seem to have just the R56 JCW front bumper, NOT the whole kit...

Does the dealer sell just the front bumper? how would i go about getting one, or what have people done?

How much can i expect to pay?

I have 3 months to wait so i figured while i wait i could purchase the bumper, get it painted, then when my car arrives, put it on and have them apply the protective plastic before i even drive it off the lot...

 

Ive never seen it at a separate order. outmotoring.com sells the side ground effects, maybe they could order just the front bumper for you.

 

Cannot speak about the JCW,except to say i have the whole kit on my car.(07)My 05 i did purchase just the side panels,because i like the look minus the front and rear.Q

 

Morristown MINI sells the JCW aero kit, as will your local MINI dealership

I'm planning on doing it eventually, I just couldn't afford adding another 2k+ to my order.

 

I had my dealer (Otto's in West Chester PA) spec my car with just the JCW front bumper installed. You can see pics in my gallery. I think I paid @$1,200 painted and installed - and I still have the OEM bumper.

 

yes you can! they have to piece it out, but they can do it, because it's the same front facia that they put on the Clubman, a friend who is a MINI salesman just did this, with PW, looks good, not 100! on price
