John Cooper Works Strut Brace

Anyone know if this will prevent the mushrooming of the strut tower? I am torn between the cheaper plates and this. Your help is appreciated.

Not sure, but the strut towers were supposed to have been improved. Haven't heard or found anyone reporting mushrooming of their towers with the r56.

^agreed...

it seems like they're making the caps just because people will buy them... if there's a demand, someone will make money.

I think I'm going to buy the jcw one though, because i'm less then impressed with the aftermarket supplies... half of the companies say they're "still in development." Seriously, you've had the car for almost 2 years now...
