Kind of new here, I am 14 weeks out from my Peper White Cooper S, and am starting to think about some minor mods, I will be keeping this car for the long hall and am concerned about over all reliability down the road, I remeber when the coopers first came out there was a company offering both a 10 and 15 Percent deduction pulley, but after looking through numerous sites and doing a search here I cant find any mention of a 10% pulley. Any one have any information regauding this. What sort of power gains would a 10 recieve, opposed to a 15 and will it really make that much differnce in long term reliability.

Never heard of a 10% and Ive been around for the past 10 months. I dont think you'll have much to worry about with reliability using the 15% because the jcw uses it. Besides I dont think it'd be worth it, probably less power than a Magnaflow.

I believe you could still get a 10% one if you wanted it. Call Eric @ HELIX or Randy @ mini-motorsport

Newroader,
I used the search function and pulled up this informative thread "Why 15%"

Hope it helps,
James

Thank you to the link on the 15% pulley, that was very informative, this will be my first time dealing with a supercharger, but I have spent a good amount of time in turbocharged vehicles (namely audis.) I am just working on coming up with a plan of attack for mods for my daily driver, and am looking to keep things conservative, but not dull. I keep thingking that maybe I should amend my order and the JCW package, but is seems like so much more money to spend what can be had after market for half the cost.
Happy Motoring, I am looking forward to the day I will be motoring as well
