let me know if you installed the aero grill from outmotoring on your r53 or 50. I would like to get some local help rather than staring at bad install pics.

cheers

A friend that has installed 2 aero grill kits told me the trick is to have a dremel tool available to grind out the corner relief neatly to get it to fit properly.

I like the way your car looks w/ the louvered grill, as is! Matching roof color Mini's look awesome & the chrome outlined grill adds just enough contrast for my taste.

Thought about doing the aero grill on mine but my son talked me out of doing so for same reason(s).

My 2 bits.

Mike

thanks for the input. I should update my gallery as the the chili red has been gone for over a year. I know have a EB/Wht car. I really do not want the chrome look. I have the tape to black out the belt line and after the aero grill I might do the head lamp trim as well. just personal preferences. Thanks on the dremel suggestions. I printed out many threads on the install of this sucker. Hopefully it willbe enough. If anyone with direct experience wants to help out this saturday, i will have enough supply of guiness and pudge brothers pizza at my place.

Cheers
Cenk

thanks Tommy. I appreciate your help. This project was making me a little nervous to tackle. I think it took us about 3 hours from start to finish. It sure helped that Tommy has removed and installed a few front bumpers. I am very happy to have this completed. Also blacked out the beltline. Will post finished pics soon. Thanks Tommy!!!
