Pictures of my new MINI

Just got it yesterday. I'd say this car so far is even more fun than my S2000 was.

2005 Hyper blue... sport package, leather, sunroof, ipod, 32K miles, aero kit, and just unbelievably clean for its year.

What part of that doesn't make sense? I think the mini is more fun to drive. It's not as fast in a straight line, but it feels like its on rails!

Even my lightly modded MINI was faster than my Dad's old S2000. Obviously, the MINI has better handling too. He sold the S2000 recently, with only 1,636 miles on it...it was an '05.

Almost criminal.

The fun factor of the MINI comes from its seating position relative to the rest of the car and its upright position.

I have a '66 bug ( hence the name I choose here) And its the same positioning with the upright windshield etc.. It simply feels like nothing else.

Duality ... Nice, I particularly like the color. Mine is '07 Laser Blue with black roof. It replaced a 2000 BMW Z3, and I far prefer the MINI...

Very Nice! And I agree - I had 2 S2000's and the MINI is MUCH more fun...although it's apples and oranges to compare the two about how they drive. Congrats

Sorry, I was just looking for a full read-on. I love hearing about personal, descriptive comparisons from owners.

Pretty car though. Like a similar kit on the R56.

I have a '99 M Roadster, and my 2005 MCS is much more fun to drive.
