Just thought I'd introduce myself. I placed an order on a new mcs 2 days ago and cant wait til it comes! I come from a pretty heavy european enthusiast background so im excited to see what the cooper has to offer! My past other car has been a VW so it'll be a good change. Heres a pic of her before I sold it last week. It was hard to let go, but I know the cooper will put a huge grin on my face through the twisties.

im really anxious. ive been having to drive my parents car until it gets here which SUCKS. itll be nice going from a tank to a mini

 

I know the feeling! My car is sitting for sale so I don't really have a car at all right now. How long did they tell you it would take?

 

6-8 weeks. mine listed "in production" this morning

 

Mine's in production too. I figured it wouldn't change over the weekend so I'm hoping tomorrow I can call and it'll be done!! Then it takes like 6 weeks just to get here!

I called today and was told I should be driving my car 1st or 2nd week of July!!!! I'm very excited.

 

When I first placed the order I was told mid July (Which makes sence since Im on the West coast). My birthday is on July 16th so it might end up being a bday present

obviously it'd be great if it came sooner! My mini isn't even supposed to start production until the first week of June so I'm sure yours is about the same. So I guess we can stop calling ASK MINI for a while lol

 

Yea mine too. It says its done with production on May 22nd now. That cant be right...
