R50/53 how do i get the front plate off?

how do i get the front plate off?
I got new plates when i got my car, and i have not figured out how to change the front license plate. In texas we must use it. There are little white bump things with no visible way to get them off. any help?

Do you have pictures of these? I got caps for me license plate screws and from what your saying that is what you have. But I am not entirely sure. Mine just pull off with a lot of force.

yeah that is what it was. got some vice grips and pulled them off super easy. thanks

running one plate- on the rear. Just forget about the front- it looks SO much better.
