After looking up different Mini parts catalogs, I see that each one. (Moss, Mania, Mini Car Parts. com) have different makers of chrome dash bezels which I want for my 04 MCS. Also the dealers sells their own version which from what I can understand, twists off the old bezels and twists on the chrome. The other vedors have them that slip over the existing bezels with tape. I tried to twist off my old bezels but could not, so does anyone know which look better? All are made of plastic with chrome plating. The ones at the dealer are limited to a small selected set, leaving the person to buy other additional pieces to complete the set, while the catalog items are fairly complete, but again slip over existing bezels...Thanks for any help

 

I'm looking at chrome sets as well and the cheaper parts are usually slip-ons
with 3m adhesive stuff.. plus i just think it's a bit cheap looking.

so, I have decided to go with a kit from Outmotoring. I think they are OEM parts. i believe it's for the speedo, two vents, 2 hazard/light switches, gearbox, double cupholder ring...

 

not trying to thread jack here but outmotoring ( or moss ) used to sell a carbon fiber "kit" that had ALL the rings and bezels. i dont see this anymore, anyone know where i can still find them?

 

is it cheaper as a set? the price for rings and bezels on outmotoring is
mouth-droppingly high
