Normal driving 38 cold all around, twisties 42 cold, track some combo of 42 to 46 depending upon what Joe's pit crew tells me ;-). They'll go up 2-4lbs hot.

I go a little lower on the track because of the increased heat, but alway run and set my customers cars to 36. I think anywhere from 34-38 is good depending on what kind of ride you want.
