Anyone had the roof buckle repaired under warranty??????? Mine goes in Mon just looking for opinions

Are you talking about a hot, non sunroofed black top "buckling" in the sun? Doesn't that "snap back" when it cools?

either sunroof or no sunroof . Mine has a sunroof. Small buckle on drivers side at rear of sunroof and just forward of center of sunroof, It appeared a few months ago on a very hot day and has never left.

what the heck is a buckle?

 

Heat from the Sun gets absorbed into the metel through the black paint causing the metel to expand. Lack of support in the appropriate places and the metal stresses itself into a small dent. almost like hail damage but with a line through it instead of a round dent!

 

I know of one former MCS owner in NJ that had the problem. Don't think they could fix it.
