A friend of mine belongs to an online community for Ford trucks (www.ford-trucks.com). When I told him about the stance that MINI USA is taking with regards to this website he stated they had similar issues with Ford Motor Company. He said they were able to work out their issues with Ford and were allowed to keep the name as well as develop a new relationship with Ford. Perhaps someone can contact the top dog of that site and get some ideas for handling this situation.

I am sure that Mark has already weigh into that option. I am sure the current "Crisis" will be solved accordingly.

I think we need to leave Mark and MINIUSA some room to breath and work out the difference for a prompt and fair resolution.
