You will need to adj the camber in the rear. The front should be ok.

You are not required to do anything if your ride quality is the same as it was before and you are happy with your handling.

Personally after I added H sport springs I got a very jarring knock your fillings out of your teeth ride on rough roads and had to do an alignment to be able to drive on the street.

Not all MINIs get an alignment. 2005 and later MINIs can adjust a little camber in the rear. Usually when you drop your MINI you will get more negative camber in the rear while the front stays the same.

If you want to fully adjust the rear camber then you'd add lower adjustable rear control arms. The upper control arms you can leave stock.

Endlinks do now need to be changed unless you track your car or you add ride height adjustable coilovers and you do corner balancing. Endlink lengths can be adjusted to remove preload on each anti roll bar front and rear when doing the corner balancing, only one adjustable endlink is needed for each end but you get a pair for the fronts and a pair for the back.

Stock endlinks are OK for street use and not as stout but they will work OK. Some owners have bent a stock endlink at the track.

Stock shocks are sometimes changed to Koni Yellow or similar to allow for better wear and ride quality. Stock shocks would be compressed more using H sport springs and may wear out faster- they last about one year depending on your use- then ride quality gets harsh.

Rear anti roll bar is often upgraded to 19mm adjustable for most MCS and up to 22mm for track or autocross use. This helps to stiffen up the rear suspension and reduce understeer when cornering fast. It doesn't affect ride quality or street driving usually.

Leave the front anti roll bar alone for street use.

If you are using stock wheels, consider a better lighter set of rims and non runflat tires. Max or Ultra High Performance Summer tires if you get no snow, UHP all season tires if you do get some snow.

Wait for your stock shocks to blow out in a few years and then upgrade to coilovers haha

You could get rear adjustable control arms to adjust camber back there, but honestly with H-Sports its useless. I never got them and the added negative camber looks sweet.

Oh, you could consider a rear sway bar.
