I would like to black out the chrome parts on the exterior of my MINI. Its a 2003 R50. I want to black out the following:
Door handles
Headlight rings
Chrome lining (part that goes all the way around the car)

I need to know where I can get the materials to do this. Thanks!

 

handles and headlight rings either need vynal or painted. http://www.lylesvinylstyles.net/ can help with the vynal, but i painted mine. if you paint be sure to use a good clear coat with multiple layers. the head light rings take a beating up there. specially in the winter.

the chrome lining is usually refered to as the "belt line". you can use pinstriping or 3M tape i think you can purchase from a few vendors here on NAM or wait for some to pop up in the market place.
