R56 Oil Change Valve...Anyone use one?

The MINI oil drain plug(pan) sits pretty low to the ground.I would worry about bottoming out and ripping it off.

On the R56, the drain plug is on the very bottom of the pan. So, the valve would stick down and be vulnerable to rocks or other debris on the road. It wouldn't be very convenient to have it sheared off while driving, rapidly draining the oil out of the engine.

some people have fitted them to r50/r53's. it looks so convenient. if you have the skid plate that protects it then it's probably fine

if you want to change oil easily... why not get 1 of those vacuum pump to suck out the oil from the dip stick hole? that way you dont even have to crawl under the car
