There is a Turbocharger out there, if you visit
MinI Spares, which I think is the UK version
of Mini Mania, look at thier Catalog in the Adobe Arobat format. it's one of the first ithems listed. runs about $5,000.00

Are there any other turbos avaliable for the Cooper not S. I want my car to be more powerful then 200 hp. Does the turbo kit include like the ECU upgrade with it and like new exhaust or just the turbo? Tell me everything the turbo includes. Thanks

How can you honnestly say no one will make a turbo for the Cooper S? A turbo is much more efficient than a supercharger is and anyone looking for serious power out of their MCS would be wise to look at a turbocharger.
