Brew Swap Volunteers
I'd appreciate anyone who has volunteered, or plans on volunteering to help at the Brew Swap to drop me an email (email only please)to:
michaels@seaboard.biz.
Subject line: 2008 Brew Swap
I'd appreciate the following:
1. Your name
2. Your NAM name
3. A cell phone number
4. Where you are staying at the Dragon (assuming there are phones where you are staying)
5. Special talents or task you are doing (you special few know who you are)
6. Any limitations to the time you can serve or what you want to do (can only be there early, late, etc. Can only work desk, etc)
If we have enough volunteers we can limit the amount of time we all need to serve, so that we can spend more time drinking beers
I'd appreciate if I could get your emails by the end of Saturday, April 26. I'd like with Matt's assistance, to send emails back to you with your time to serve and your partners' contact info no later than 2:00 PM EDT on Monday April 28.
Finally, I'd like with Matt's help, to have a short (I'll be paying for it) conference call on Monday April 28 at 9:30 PM EDT to just make sure we can do a bit of intelligent planning. The call in info will be in the email I send to you on Monday afternoon.

I'm happy to help you organize the volunteers. We only have a few so far so we do have a genuine NEED for more people.
As Michael said, the more we have the less we need each person for. Even if you can only work for the door for say 30 minutes that'd be great.
