I joined the Alliance and received all the cool features the first day it was offered, but, since I updated my email address in my account, no more Alliance membership.
At least my magnetic grill badge didn't vanish in a poof of smoke as well.

 

When you change your password it bumps your account back into the user moderation queue where I have to approve it again. Since it doesn't show what group you were a member of it changes you back to a normal user. I just reset this to the Alliance group so you should be good to go. Thanks!

Hey Mark,

I have the same problem, I updated my email address and it bumped me off the Alliance list.
I changed it back to the old email address and it still would not give it back.
I can't PM you because I over my PM limit without the Alliance membership.

Could you get me back on track?

Apparently if you try to send it through NAM it will not work for some reason.
I know that my PM box is overloaded because of the removal of "Alliance".

 

I'm having the same problem as Cabriopilot (got booted from Alliance because of an e-mail address change, and can't send any PM because I'm *well* over my mailbox limit as a result of no longer being a member).

Could one of the admins please re-instate me?
