Center console windows and door lock controlls

Its something new ever day. My control rack is loose. Just the bottom one with the door locks and windows and what not. I flip any of the switches and the whole rack moves down. I tried taking the console apart and didn't get anywhere. Does anyone know how to tighten it up?

Your clips are broken at the bottom...Is it under warranty. The only repair is replacement that I know of, but then again I can't rig them, I have to replace them. I'm sure that some epoxy would do the trick, if not I have some extra panels for cheap if you can't fix it depending on your options(ASC, front fog, etc...)

Its a regular 02 cooper. I'd rather get it replaced than try any rigs.
