Yeah, it must be photoshop, look how clean the roof is! And the distinct outline where the sand ends. How could they get the sand to stick so evenly? Why am I contemplating this?

When done by a sand sculpturer, quite a bit can be acheived. You'd be impressed.
I think it might be real but you can never really tell- would be good to get some shots of it being done.

Actually... to bind the sand, they use water and an elmers glue type of glue... I do not doubt this is an actual sand sculpture.
