Ha, I just had to do this! Really pretty simple:
Just pull the wiper back as far as you can (don't force it). Then you can pretty much see the "track" that the actual wiper blade is on, once you find it it should be pretty easy, push it back towards the car until it is out of the first "clip" then slide the rest of it out, extremely easy to do!
Pictures for reference:

This is how far back it should bend, poor dusty Ringo.

The "track its on, also shows the first "clip" that you need to push the wiper back out of to get it out.

Once out of the last "clip" it will slide right out.

Hope thats what you needed!

i dont think so. He wants to delete the rear wiper. Just wondering how you gonna plug up the hole in the window. So ppl used bike parts on it that look pretty cool. Some ppl used parts from local hardware stores. There is also a thread in Interior/Exterior forum on this. Search 007 mod and ask a few questions there.. you will get a response.

A few vendors here on NAM sell a plug to fill the hole. It is a common mod and looks just like the GP does from the factory.

You don't really need instructions, just take it apart.
Start by taking the wiper off from the outside.
Take the interior panel off the hatch and remove the motor.
Plug the sprayer line.
Put a 1" plug (I got mine at Lowes for about $1) in the glass with some sealer to keep the water out.
Done.

Sweat! Done! Kickn myself for not doing this mod much earlier in the game. Soo easy. Finished Monday. I found a plug that fits perfectly inside the hole (same diameter as the hole, with no need for an outer lip).

I carved out the inside of the cone/wedge shaped rubber plug to fit the existing rear wiper fluid tube and a nozzle from a squirt gun (007 squirt gun mod thread found elsewhere here), crazy glued it all in, and sealed the plug flush with the glass. Shoots 10ft or so!

Home Depot has a ton of different rubber plugs in all different sizes that work for about $1.20.
