I have a 2007 PW MINI Cabrio Sidewalk. My license plate is "SIDEWLK." So, MANY folks stop me to ask "why sidewalk?" I've been trying to find out why MINI gave this name to the special edition. I asked the question on the "Cabrio" board, but the best answer I've had so far is that "it's named after a special edition of an original MINI." That's helpful .. but even then there must have been some "rhyme or reason" to the Sidewalk moniker! I've searched the web but haven't found an answer. Does anyone have the answer? Thanks!
