Interior/Exterior how to remove the trim around the side markers?

From: then, near chitown, now- tempe
you know the ones sit right behind the front wheels, with the turn signal in it. how do i remove the metal trim?

It's plastic, not metal and it removes by carefully prying it out. It's held in by a sort of nipple (ooo. I said nipple, sorry if that offends anyone Dave) that is lodged inside a rubber grommet.
If you use the search function you may (actually, make that probably will) find some more detailed instructions.
