Anyone have an easy way to remove the stock pulley without cutting it like the MiniMania one does? My mechanic is having some troubles trying to get the stock one off.

Call Randy or Helix13, they have pulley removal tools. You'll need to pick up a "crow-foot" thingie (they have the real term, lol). It's really easy to use, no sweat.

Not sure about cutting it but I just finished mine thanks to Randy and the pulley removal tool. With the tool you will still have to get a harmonic balancer puller with a crow's foot attachment. After a couple of calls to Randy for advice the install wasn't that bad at all. It probably took me the full 3 hrs as specified.
