my question is , does the mcs and the N/A mini use the same engine.
if there is different, please tell me the detail. and are those engine DOHC or SOHC

The supercharged motor has beefed up internals to handle the boost. So no, they're not the same. Well, maybe the block...

 

im pretty sure both engines are sohc

 

same basic motor, which is a 16 valve single overhead cam displacing 1598cc

the Cooper S gets stronger parts to help manage the boost, including

1. crankshaft is made from forged steel instead of nodular cast iron

2. connecting rods are also forged steel instead of non-coplanar powdered metal

3. valve materials are higher spec

the non S engine block is made from iron, and the cooper S is all aluminum...anyone want to clarify, my memory is bleh.
