M7 Springs w/OEM struts?

Help me out:

My OEM struts have 65K+ miles on them and I'm going to install M7 springs soon, should I...

a) install them on my OEM struts and replace the struts when they fail?

or

b) install the M7 springs on new struts now?

I know that many have run M7 springs with OEM struts, but I can't find any threads or posts from anyone who has installed springs on aging struts. Help.

Also, Koni yellows or OEM?

Thanks,

Bryan

I installed them when I had 45k or so. Now have 48k on them, no problems yet.
