Attention MINI5280 members, our friends at MOTR have announced
plans for a spontaneous ride tomorrow Sunday, 24 February. I'm sorry
for the short notice but I just received word myself. So if you're
hankering for some motoring on what is sure to be a glorious Colorado
day see the details below:

Greetings all MOTR members, I've decided that this weather is too nice to ignore!! Sunday
is supposed to be above 50 with lots of sun, so here are the details. I don't have time
to predrive, but it wont be too far into the Mtns. If the roads look clean and dry then
the route can be extended.

SUNDAY 24TH 10:00 AM LEAVE ABOUT 10:30ISH I-25 AND MORRISON PARK AND RIDE SOUTHERN LOT

Plan on it being around 2hrs of driving with lunch in Golden unless
everyone wants to continue driving!!

sounds like an awesome day. There is also a huge Euro gathering up at the Splitz Bowling near the Westminster AMC24 tomorrow mid day I think.

Unfortunately, I will miss both due to sleep :(

Sorry I wasn't able to make it - I am cleaning the kitchen then hopping on the harley for a quick ride this afternoon! First time on it this year! Yahoo!

 

Well it was actually I-70 & Morrison road. We maxed out at three, but had a fun ride up to Central City, Blackhawk and then Golden. Nice roads, nice weather (just a few snow flakes) and nice motoring.

If anyone ever gets the urge, just post a meeting spot and time and let nature run it's course.
