I am kind of still deciding between Chili Red (First choice) or Liquid Yellow (second choice). Please show me your beauties...

i am the biggest yellow fan..but the liquid yellow is not a "right" yellow in my opinion

Here's what Madeline will look like when she gets here "by the end of November" which really means by Christmas!!!

 

Terrific cars guys! You are making my decision even harder!!!!!!

I like the Chili Red because:

It is a traditional MINI color
It is very racy
Looks great
Enhances the lines of the car
Makes the car visible from far away
Chrome bits seem to be enhanced better (I am going for the front chrome grill)

But..

A lot of people have Chili Red and therefore is not as common
Attracts lotsa attention from cops


I like the Liquid Yellow because:

It is not very common
It has a 24/7 "Happy car" aura about it
Good color for our South Florida weather
It tells its owners..."Come and play with me!"

Not very thrilled about:

The "Lemonish" tone of this color...I would have liked more the yellow offered in the VW Beetle or Honda S2000
I am not sure if after 2 or 3 years I am going to get sick and tired of looking at it (But hey its a MINI!)
Possible lower resale value because this is more of a "risque" color in nature making it more of an acquired taste than anything else.


BTW, at least I have already decided to go with the white roof.

I meant to say...that the Chili Red is very popular and therefore not a very unique color choice among the MINI.

Both colors are very bright so they will catch the Cop's attention.
