i was wonderign if anyone out there has figured out a good spot to put the ipod where it wont go flying when i take a turn? i have the aux. kit so i have to manually change tunes on the ipod itself. i usually set it on the passenger seat but it slides off the right side when im driving hard. id like it kinda high up. i cant put it by my tach due to my added guages. this ones kinda tough i know. im interested to read your ideas and thanks alot!

 

I just purchased the Harmon Drive + Play and installed it and it makes life much easier for using the Ipod and they are selling for $25 shipped on ebay. You can mount the control by the mirror controls and the display on the dash.

Pretty flexible mounting systems for just about any device.

 

I use the aux input as well, and the nicest setup for that that I have seen is that guy who made a dock that fit into one of the little front cup holders. I think he just sold it as a matter of fact. I just sit mine in my cupholder, wires everywhere, but it works good enough. Still trying to find a single charger/dock connector/3.5 audio cable, that would clean it up some. The shortest aux wire I could find at Best Buy is six effing feet long.
