Whats the easiest way to install tie rods and rear lower control arms.

Hey all, I have a new right tie rod, the complete unit and a new set of Lower control arms for the rear. Can any one tell me the easiest way to install these? Or does anyone know anybody in the Greenville, SC region that does descent labor on installs?

How far are you from Grassroots garage? (Check vendor list here)
Lower arms are not so bad. Tie rod end can be a pain w/o right tools. See alignment shop when you are finished.
