No. Looks like an oops to me.

 

Its an 06 according to the window sticker pictures that are a part of the post. Body styles changed for the 07 model except for the convertibles. Opps is correct.

1. incorrect year advertised
2. guys been on ebay for a month
3. car is priced too low
4. Its listed under BMW, may not be obvious to someone not particularly interested in buying a Mini.

however, ebay is much better than it used to be, so odds are that this car is legitimate.

 

Yeah, something ain't right with that car, $8100 for an '06 S, especially with the rare turbo supercharged engine.
