I had it partially open yesterday because it was rather nice out. When I closed it, I heard a loud ratcheting noise and came off the switch fast. After getting home, I noticed the driver's side was closed, but the passenger side was still open almost an inch and slightly to the rear, maybe a half to 3/4 of an inch.

Of course, I have a call into service and am awaiting a call back. Good thing the weather looks good for the next several days!

Anyone else run into this?
