My minis new face!

ah! Im finally finished on my mini, after it got away and rolled into a tree 4 months ago, its finally back on the road, and i think it looks great!

Before tree:
Stock except for stripes.

After tree:

Seibon carbon fiber hood, Mini aero bumper, vinyl warped headlight rings(my work), semi flat black krylon side markers and gas cap (holding up very well) and some very cheap, but very good red pinstripe tape I found at pepboys.

There's some details I'd approach a little differently out of that scheme, but a much more aggressive look to the car, it works

I like it! Now get some blackout tape on that belt molding!!!

Was the hood an easy swap, or were there fitting issues?

Love it!

I would second blacking out the beltline . . . and I think blacking out your headlight housings would also look good.

good work though -- time to change your sig.

How is your vehicle driving after that severe accident ?

Any part of the repair you're not happy with ??

Apart from needing a small alignment, everything was fine.
which is cool because the three mashed everything up to the front left axle.
I did all the work on it myself so im very happy with it!

The belt line is on my list after black rims!

The hood.. was a nightmare, every single hole was undersized, and 80% of the time they where in the wrong place. it was about 2 days of filing and fitting. and when i got the thing on it stuck up 2 inches in the back. I found an adjustment for the steel arms that the hood mounts on and now it fits much better, tho it is less than perfect.

Looks great. The red behind the grill is a nice touch with the pin stripes.
