front/rear shock tower bars Install ?'s

can i just bolt these on, or is there something special I have to do to preload the suspension first, (Jack up the car, etc.) or can I just bolt them on with the car resting on the ground as it sits normally.

Thanks!

Yup. Just bolt them in. No need to jack it up.
