For anyone itching to get out on a MINI run, we have the Redding area REME run from Old Shasta to Lewiston (Trinity Dam) and back on Saturday Jan. 5, 2008.

We will depart "downtown" Old Shasta at 9:00AM and take 299 west. This will take us by Whiskeytown Lake and out to Trinity Dam. The run will be about 3-4 hours including lunch at the Mountain Valley Grill in Lewiston.

NO SNOW is forecast so roads will be clear. So come along an join us for the first "official" Redwood Empire Mini Enthusiasts run of 2008.

Thanks to all that braved the rain, snow, ice, and wind to show up for our winter mountain run. Although abreviated by weather, it was a lot of fun. You guys are all "die-hards" for even showing up.

Had a lot of fun. It was great seeing old freinds and meeting new faces and seeing how enthusiastic you are to do this again.
