Install JCW Handbrake?

I am trying to install my JCW handbrake handle - it is 100% loose compared to the original one and it doesn't just "snap" in.

Looking at the motoring file pdf it show a step with "sikaflex" and google can't find anything with that product.

Any help getting this stuck on correct would be appreciated.

update, I did find sikaflex, but I originally typed it wrong I believe. It seems to be an adhesive. Is that what everyone else uses?

If you use some sort of adhesive you may be in trouble should you ever have to remove it. I believe the best way has been to build up a couple layers of tape under the handle until a nice force fit is achieved.

That's what I used, some black duct tape to get the correct fit.
