Konis, Bilsteins or Keep OE struts/shocks with new Eibach Springs

For my 04 MCS with 28K miles, I have a set of Eibach springs that I will be installing and am considering the Koni adjustables or the Bilstein sport Non-adjustables. Feedback on these potential setup would be appreciated. The springs are already in my possession, so I am committed with them. Are the OE dampers good enough or worn out for the spring swap?

Thanks!

get struts. I had the Koni's from their Sport Kit (eibach springs to Koni's spec). I wasn't impressed. If I did it again, I'd do the Bilsteins to see if they're any better (TSW says they are)
