This is my hometown. I will actually be in Carlisle over the holidays. Maybe I can get a few of the M2C2 organization to show up. You are just 7.5hours up the road. I think it would be fun. Thanks for the invite!

Hey, If I can get a group to venture, would you be kind enough to check out the reservations at Harmony Hall Bed and Breakfast in Carlisle? I am a long time friend of a friend of the owner. I think it would be an excellent place for the M2C2 club to stay.

Shelly you all want to try to get some poeple up for this one? How long a drive is this one?

 

Yes I think it would be fun. From my end of town, Carlisle is 643 miles.
This is my home town and I would love to go show off my club members and cars to them.
This is a trip that would take us a full day of driving to and from. In the Tahoe it takes us about 6.15 hours. When I drove home last summer in the MINI it took a little bit longer but I was by myself and I took my time stopping to eat well on the road.
I haven't pushed it for a couple of reasons.
1) It is close to the Dragon Run
2) I haven't been at any meetings or events to discuss
3) I wasn't sure if we could get a good turnout
I'd love to try though. Carlisle is a fun little town for about 48hours.

We are having a RALLY FOR FOOD on Sat afternoon after the Car show.
I am going to cooking at the HOLY TRINITY GREEK ORTHODOX GREEK FESTIVAL. It will be 30 -40 MINIS rollin up to have some AMAZING food, Great music, Dancing all free too!!! Just pay for FOOD and drinks
Our church hold the LARGEST GREEK FESTIVAL in Central PA.
100's come every year all weekend to have a great time. It also REALLY HELPS our church raise money too...

I have just been informed by Harmony Hall Bed & Breakfast in Carlisle that this is the very same weekend as Dickinson College Graduation. It may prove to be very hard to get a room anywhere close to the Carlisle area during this particular weekend. Harmony Hall is booked up for 4 years on this weekend.
