OK GUYS...Just got our order in and I have three of our series 2 aircraft grade carbon fiber hood scoops , without badge,and you save $100.00 on these beautiful components...
Not only will you pull significantly more air, youll run cooler resulting in increased boost and torque. Each of our scoops are made by our technicians in our molds, one step at a time. The internal design will deliver "smooth air" directly to your intercooler. The internal design traps the air in front and forces its flow through a continually diminishing directional opening which compresses the flow maintaing the smoothness.
The fit and finish is perfect in all regards. No bottom posts to rub. We use stainless steel screws to secure your scoop from the bottom "into the scoop itself. " The screws fit perfectly through the existing holes left behind after removing you oem hood trim ring/scoop.
As in all our carbon fiber components, we only use "Aircraft Grade" carbon fiber, along with the highest grade of resin. NOT commercial grade carbon or resin, as the majority of others utilize. With waxing your scoop, it will last you years, and be a most vital element to your overall performance efficiency...Great visual esthetics with the best performance enhancement you can make for this size investment. Run cooler, and stronger.
