Ours can be customized to match your factory paint color to give you a great custom look. Here is the process.

1. The part is sanded to remove any finishes that may exist on the part.
2. The part is primed.
3. The part is painted with the appropriate base coat, in this case black.
4. The part is decorated. The selected finish is printed on a sheet of PVA that is cut to the correct size for the part. The sheet is floated on the surface tension of the water in the temperature controlled tank. An activator is sprayed to activate the ink and prepare it for the part. The part is lowered through the ink, the water pressure pushing it evenly around all the contours and it chemically bonds to the paint. Part is rinsed in water and dried.
5. Part is clear coated and finished.
