Falken 452 VS Goodyear F1 GS-D3

Personally, I have not tried the GSD3, but I have driven on the FK452. For the price, it is not a bad tire at all. It is comfortable and quiet with good wet and dry traction. The sidewalls could be a tad bit stiffer, but I did not find a problem with that at all. I hope that helps a bit.

*Bump* Anyone else care to comment on this? I know they're in totally different price ranges, but I'm just curious.

To get more information you can search for Falken 452.

The prices for each tire in 215/45-17 are quite different.

Falken 452 is $87 each and treadwear ratings are similar about 280-300 range.

For value and street use only the 452 will likely work. Neither tire is for any snow use.

For performance driving the GS-D3 is likely better. Check on the sizes available for each tire, it may vary.

Bought these about 6 months ago, so far a great tire, Bought them at the Goodyear store, OTD, about $124 each with road hazard. (winter sale) Awesome wet traction, cannot tell wet from dry. This is also a sharp tire on the MINI. Replaced run flats, huge difference in performance, noise and ride. Would buy them again in a heartbeat.

The OP was asking about Goodyear Eagle F1 "GS-D3" not Eagle F1 All Season tires which are in a different tire class.
