I knew this would be bad, but sometimes we just have to live with it. Sorry to everyone for the inconvience. Tell her to bring them to Hendrick Saturday and we will eat them.

 

Ok...I will bring the cookies to the dealer on Saturday. I was going to ask if anyone wanted to go have dinner somewhere on Saturday since we were all planning on hanging out together that day anyway...any suggestions? I plan on making it to the party next week.

There's so many threads I get confused (too easily I'm afraid): We're talking about the Christman dinner in Taylors being moved from this Saturday, Dec 8, to Sat week, Dec 15...Is that correct?? If so, really hate it; we were really planning on a nice trip; we cannot make the 15th; an out of town wedding to attend.

Well I can Still do the 15th , maybe we should consider moving the party to Jan give everyone a chance to make plans. Just a suggestion, will come by Hendrick in the morning see you all tomorrow

 

We just hang out at dealership and then we will pick somewhere to go eat. We will all motor together. We will discuss whether to cancel or just may end up doing both. I really hate it but we will work it out. At this point I am open for any and all suggestions.

The mini dealership in Charlotte.. Hendricks

 

I started volunteering with Habitat For Humanity last Saturday and now I'm hooked. You guys have fun in the warmth and comfort that is Hendrick MINI and I'll be on the trusses off highway 16 fighting 4x8 sheets of OSB and loving every minute of it.

Wait till you see my hard hat! I'll post a pic sometime...

I did FINALLY provide a worthwhile lead to Dana, their names are Jim and LeRene Brantley, I work with them and they saw my framed Dragon pic on my desk, not sure if they took delivery yet, would be cool if they came in when you guys were there. I sent them the URL for the club...

The club tees are in and I plan to deliver them to the dealership on the 8th!
I won't be hanging out though got to get back to assist with the birthday party for a beautiful 3 year old.
Will probably make the meet and eat on the 15th too! I for one am glad that the date has changed. I could never go before on this date. Hope to see you all there.

Thanks to all that came out and especially Anna who took hours to bake the MINI cookies. We had a great time at Hendrick and at Lunch. While at Hendrick we saw someone leave with loaner only to return minutes later with smashed windshield from alligator on I-485, thats a bummer! Saw MINICHI, whats up MidnightDave? Hope you and mrs can make the Christmas Party next weekend in Taylors. Thanks again to all that came out, it was beautiful fall day and I even got my solar panel a little red. Carol I am booked for Helen Ga in Feb.

 

MINICHI has a recurring headache. I try not to complain about our lil' cars on the Internet. Christy is the best, it's a weird gremlin where it goes in limp mode. Once I restart the car, it's fine, so I've been living with it happening about every other week, however the other day it literally nearly got me killed, so I figured I'd let 'em have her to figure it out.

I do have a really cool little loaner I've named BlueBell, she has blue LED lights around the cabin, the guages turn white in direct sunlight so you can still read 'em, and other cool features the '07 owners may think are standard.

Holiday party schedule is nuts right now, double and triple booked each weekend, plus our Dalmatian is in the final stages of life, so not committing to any and then we'll see how it goes. If I miss you guys for this one, I'll see at you the Xmas lights run, unless the dog goes that day...
