can someone identify these Rota wheels?
can someone tell me the model name of the Rota wheels below?
I got three of them at the junkyard. the same day i found a fourth one, but instead of being 15x7, the fourth wheel was 14x6.5 (possibly 7). if no one knows the name, perhaps someone can tell me if it's safe to use the fourth wheel with the other three, by using a larger tire size to compensate? if i do this, what's the worst that can happen, after the wheels are aligned? i

14s will NOT clear your stock brakes... even some 15s have trouble
danger are plentiful... as great as they look, running 1 single smaller wheel, even if the tires size all equal... side wall thickness is different... i think you are going to get some rather interesting handling characteristics, not to mention that it'd look extremely out of place
if its an axel set, then its do-able, but since you are running the lone one, it'd get interesting when you turn a corner
and those seems to be a REALLY old Rota wheel... not recall ever seeing them before

From your pictures it looks like a very old discontinued design Rota wheel
It is not a current design. You can send a picture of the wheel to Rota and see if they have files of designs from the past.
Look at the middle picture of the back of the wheels you see
1565e38 which means
15x6.5" and +38mm offset

Eeek!
The guys at http://subydude.com may be able to help you identify the wheel.
thanks guys. first off let me say that I don't own a mini. not that rich, unfortunately. however when doing a search a while ago for wheels for my car, i found out they were 4x100, which is the same bolt pattern as minis. when i did a search on google for 4x100 wheels of the size and offset i needed, come to find out that mini wheels, in general are the ideal size and offset that i need for my car. i also found a lot of rota discussion on this forum, which is why i joined, to ask about this wheel and my problem. sounds like i will be hanging on to these wheels for quite a while until i can find the fourth one to match it. who knows maybe the wheels are replicas and the replica company put the rota stamp on it. it might be imossible to find a fourth wheel, which is why i was asking about the smaller wheel. agreed, it's probably very dangerous to put that smaller wheel with larger tire to compensate. although i did use the 1010tires calculator, and did find a tire that was only a few millimeters taller aspect ratio than the others, and the same width. thanks guys.

If you don't know already, you may also find it useful to know that most older Hondas and Acuras are 4x100 as well. There are a lot of cheap used wheels out in the Honda scene. I actually picked up my wheels used off a Civic SI owner on craigslist.
And also, just fyi, Rota is known to be a replica manufacturer, so I don't think anyone would be making fake/replica Rotas. It'd be like making a copy of a copy.
