Mushy break pedal feel after break service

I got my car back from NTB today after they replaced all 4 break pads and rotors. I was surprise to find that the brake pedal feels very mushy after the service was done.

Is this normal? Does this mean that I need to wear in the new pads and rotors or is this a bad break job?

The brake pedal on my Coopper S used to feel very solid and give a very nice feedback under hard breaking but that is no more...so far anyway (only drove home from the NTB store)

Do I just worry too much and just need to relax and let the new pads and rotors wear in better.

I just get way too paranoid when anyone mess around with my mini??

Any advise from follow mini owner?

Tell them to bleed the brakes again. Or do it yourself, or someone else you trust to do it right.

Can the brakes be easily bleed? I haven't done that before and I have no idea how it can be done. Any advice on how to bleed the brakes?

I would just go back to NTB. They should make it right. It will be obvious they didn't get all the air out.
