I had a great drive today with MINI5280.

Thanks Rick for setting it up, great place to have a light lunch and visit with old and new MINI folks. Nice meeting new people and seeing a few familiar faces and we only took a wrong turn or two.

As promised, pictures of CIH and a little of the Western Dragon.

Fun drive on the WD, Abby pushes Gloria a little more than I push Scooter. We did see some snow piled to the side of the WD and the snowflake decided to bing.

I was home by 5, a good run in the mountains.

Thanks for the photos old81 and scribbledpaper! It was a fun run and nice to have lunch with the drivers and the passengers of nine MINIs, including one from Colo Spgs. The folks at Coney Island Boardwalk remembered us (following the big move from Aspen Park in March '06). I think we all had a good time driving, chatting, eating and more. We'll be back!

I had a great drive yesterday too!! Thanks all for the photos as I barely took any! Anyways, the dog was good, and the run to the WD was fun also.
Don - I didn't push her as hard as last time, I was afraid there was going to be ice on the road somewhere. I would love to do a more spirited drive up that way when it warms back up, I didn't realize how close it actually was (I was home right after 5pm). It was so beautiful up there and quiet, you could have heard a pin drop when we stopped for photos, hardly any traffic. It was great. Thanks for leading the way.
