Anyone know if there is a way to display the pending and/or current OBDII trouble codes through the onboard computer? Some cars I've owned in the past display any present codes if a certain key sequence is done (like newer Jeep Wranglers display them if the odo-reset button is pressed while the key is cycled ON).

I'm guessing Mini/BMW didn't provide this 'feature' but thought I'd ask anyway. Every once in a while there's posts on these forums about the check-engine-light, but never any mention of reading the codes.
