header install

hey guys iam trying to put in a new header on and I cant get the old one out is there a trick? the cat gets stuck on the front sway bar soo it cant go up and i cant pull it down either any help would be great

I had to loosen, but not remove, the four bolts that hold the subframe to the chassis. The subframe dropped down just enough to slip the old out and the new in.
